  • Visit the Schedule page and complete the contact form. After I receive the information, I’ll send you a link with my current availability and intake paperwork.

  • In our first session, we’ll review your intake paperwork, talk through what’s bringing you in, and explore what you’d like to get out of therapy.

  • While I am based in San Diego, I currently offer virtual therapy appointments only.

  • Individual therapy sessions are $155.

    I accept insurance through a third-party company (Headway) who bills insurance for the following plans:

    • AETNA

    • Anthem Blue Cross California

    • Carelon Behavioral Health

    • Cigna

    • Quest Behavioral Health

    If you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

  • All major credit cards are accepted. HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

    If you are using insurance, you will complete billing setup through Headway, which will process claims and collect any copay or deductible if applicable.

  • Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

    Messages received outside of these hours (Friday–Sunday) will be responded to on the next business day.
