Being a therapist is an incredible honor, but it’s also complex, challenging, and sometimes really fucking hard! Peer consultation offers a space to have somewhere to think out loud, ask questions, and not have to figure everything out on your own.

Consultation with me is collaborative, laidback, and intentional. We can talk through clinical questions, identity and values in practice, navigating systems and power, private practice logistics, or whatever feels most relevant to you.

I love supporting therapists at all stages of their careers. If you’re just starting out, navigating associate licensure, or are more experienced and looking for space to reflect and grow, let’s talk.
Please note: consultation is not a substitute for supervision.

It can be hard to find support while you’re in grad school, after graduating when you’re trying to figure out your next steps, or navigating the profession as a new associate. There’s often a lot that isn’t clearly explained, and you’re expected to just figure it out as you go.

A bit about me: I’m an MSW, and my professional experience includes VA, inpatient, IOP, and over five years in private practice.

I’d love to collaborate with you and share what I’ve learned!

Please note: Consultation is not the same as supervision.

The word 'Cost' written in green stylized text.

Consultation is offered via phone call or Zoom for 30-minute or 60-minute appointments.

I offer a pay-what-you-can model.

Pay-what-you-can means you’re welcome to choose any amount up to the full fee based on what feels accessible to you
($0 - $155).

I recognize that compensation in our field varies widely, especially for students, new graduates, early-career therapists, and anyone navigating the challenges of a capitalist system. If you’re able to pay the full fee, go with that. If a lower fee is what makes consultation accessible, that’s welcome too.
